Investment

There are few independent commercial investment property advisers with our depth of knowledge. A depth of knowledge which comes from experience in every sector, in every region, over the last four property cycles. We have a reputation for integrity, loyalty, credibility and personal service. And we are good at what we do - we've been acting for many of our clients for over 20 years. As a client, you will find us approachable, and honest; we won’t over-hype and under-deliver.

For us, extensive due diligence is part of the buying process, not an add-on. Planning and creating exit strategies is part of client service, not a nice-to-have. ​Problem solving is core to what we do. It is our attention to detail, and client focus, which has won us many loyal clients amongst institutions, public and private property companies, banks, and private investors, both domestic and overseas. ​
