richard turner Partner
Richard joined in 2005 to establish the Birmingham office. He has extensive experience in managing large property portfolios nationwide and works closely with clients during the due diligence process for both acquisitions and disposals. His expertise in asset management has been instrumental in assisting developers with lease structuring and management company setups. Rob studied architecture at university before transitioning into the property sector during the telecoms 3G boom, starting his career as an Acquisitions Surveyor in 2000. He later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate and Management, which led to a role in 2002 within Donaldsons’ Retail Asset Management department, managing a portfolio of shopping centres across the UK. After completing his MRICS qualification, Rob remained with the company for an additional year following its merger with DTZ. Rob joined us in 2008, managing a portfolio of commercial properties. His expertise in both property management and construction is a valuable asset to the company, and he continues to build on these strengths. Tracy joined us from Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005 and has since become an indispensable member of the team. Based in the Birmingham office, Tracy plays a crucial role in supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of properties. She works closely with tenants, clients, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and the efficient handling of day-to-day operations. Her ability to build strong relationships and her attention to detail make her an invaluable point of contact for all stakeholders. eirik robson Partner
Eirik began his property career in 1980 with WH Brown in the Buildings and Valuations Department. From there, he progressed to more senior roles, including becoming a partner at Sky Group, where he gained extensive experience across all areas of property—investment, development, and management. In 1993, Eirik founded Robson Associates, focusing on property management. Under his leadership, the business grew significantly, both in the UK and Europe. After achieving his RICS qualification in 1998, Martin has held roles in both private practice and operational companies. His early career included positions at Orange Telecom and NCP, where he managed both operational and sub-let portfolios across the Midlands and South West. Martin then moved into an advisory role at Avison Young, overseeing office, retail, and mixed-use instructions nationwide. He joined us in July 2013, where he manages a diverse portfolio of property assets, including a significant number of retail parks across the country and high-profile city centre office buildings. Colin MCPHEE Partner
Colin began his property career in 1986 in the investment department of regional firm WH Brown. After gaining experience in Strutt & Parker’s agency and management department, he had a unique stint selling police stations before transitioning into a more traditional property management path. His career included roles at Drivers Jonas and Hill Samuel, eventually leading to a seven-year tenure at King Sturge, where he became a partner in 2001. With a background in creative design, Colin brings a fresh perspective to the properties he manages, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. Soran has become an integral part of the CBGA team, continuously expanding his expertise in property management and playing a key role in the smooth operation of the business. His proactive approach, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering excellent service have made him a highly valued member of the team.
He is responsible for managing a diverse range of property assets across the UK, ensuring their effective management and providing tailored support to both clients and tenants. His portfolio covers a variety of sectors, allowing him to develop extensive knowledge and experience across multiple asset types. Soran holds a degree in Journalism and Contemporary History and brings strong communication and analytical skills to his role. Outside of work, he is a passionate Arsenal supporter and a dedicated season ticket holder, following the team both at home and away. |

Jordan McKerron Partner
Jordan has a wealth of experience from all sectors of the market, he has worked for BNP Paribas and Avison Young on the agent side and IM properties on the Client side. He is a CIMA qualified management accountant and in his spare time enjoys Cycling and travelling the world one country at a time. As the director of finance Jordan is ensuring the business is moving forward and up to date with the current industry trends and procedures. Dave joined our Birmingham office as an apprentice in September 2021, having previously worked as an accountant assistant during his time at Sixth Form. He is currently working with the goal to eventually become a chartered accountant. Dave is currently managing the credit control for a wide range of properties, also helping out with bank reconciliations, payment runs and other accounting functions. jane johnston Accounts
Jane Johnston is our accountant handling the company’s corporate accounts and also property accountant for some private clients. Jane has experience not only in the property sector but also in the shipping and oil industry. Ciara joined the Birmingham office in September 2021 as an accounts apprentice studying AAT, where she headed up our Accounts Payable section through to February 2023. During this time Ciara enhanced current practices and implemented new ones to increase process efficiency Ciara is now working with the wider accounts and surveying teams with routine tasks including monthly bank reconciliations, service charge reporting, rates management and issuing invoices to tenants. Raj Pal ACCOUNTS
Raj joined our Birmingham office in February 2019, bringing with him 22 years of experience within the property sector, having predominantly worked for Avison Young and BNP Paribas Real Estate. As well as managing his own portfolio of clients, Raj supports the finance partner as a senior client account dealing with the new RICS professional statement to ensure compliance.
