richard turner Partner
Richard joined Robson Associates from Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005 to establish a Birmingham office.
Richard has a particular flair for managing extensive property portfolios nationwide and works alongside his clients in the due diligence process for both acquisition and disposal. His strength of knowledge with asset management has helped developers in respect of lease structuring and management company set-ups.
Richard continues to act as client manager for Prologis, REI plc, Pinebridge Benson Elliot and IWG plc.

Rob goodall PARTNER
Rob studied architecture at university and following his degree he became involved in the telecoms 3G boom by becoming an Acquisitions Surveyor in 2000.
Furthering his education, he studied for a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate and Management which led him to a position in 2002 in the Retail Asset Management department of Donaldsons, managing a portfolio of shopping centers around the UK. Having completed his MRICS qualification, Rob stayed on for a further 12 months following the merger with DTZ and then joined Robson Associates in 2008 managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
Rob's knowledge of Management and Construction are a great asset to the company and he continues to build on these strengths.

eirik robson Partner
Eirik's first job in property was with WH Brown, in the buildings and valuations department, which he joined in 1980. From there, he rose to bigger and better things, including partnership at Sky Group, which covered all aspects of property: investment, development and management.
In 1993, Eirik founded Robson Associates, to specialise in property management and from there the business flourished both in UK and Europe. Since the merger with CBGA, Eirik’s focus has been on developing the UK side of the business which has gone from strength to strength.

martin oakes management
Following his RICS Qualification in 1998 Martin has enjoyed roles in both private practice and operational companies. This has included Orange Telecom and then NCP where he managed both their operational and sub-let portfolio throughout the Midlands and South West. Following this Martin moved into an advisory role at Avison Young where he was responsible for office, retail and mixed use instructions around the country.
Martin joined CBGA Robson LLP in July 2013 and has responsibility for a wide range of property assets including a large portfolio of retail parks located across the country and high profile city centre office buildings.

Peter established CBGA in 1989, following 14 years as an equity partner at Allsop & Co.
He was instrumental in the merger with Robson Property Management.
With over 40 years’ experience, he has an excellent knowledge of the investment market and with this market knowledge, Peter now focuses on strategic asset management advice to clients and handles multi-let offices, shopping centres, multi-industrial estates, together with high street retail and the health sector.
Peter has a good working knowledge of property in Germany and provides both asset management and investment advice to UK clients with German property holdings.

Colin MCPHEE Partner
Colin's career in property began in 1986, in the investment department of regional firm WH Brown. A spell at Strutt and Parker's agency and management department was followed by a year of selling police stations, before Colin's career took a more conventional management path via Drivers Jonas and Hill Samuel to Kings Sturge, where he stayed for 7 years, becoming a partner in 2001.
In 2003, Colin was persuaded to join Eirik at Robson Associates.
Colin brings his creative design background to bear on the properties he manages, focusing on improvements and innovation.

SORAN HOURAMI MANAGEMENT
Soran has become an essential cog in the CBGA Robson machine and has continued to expand his knowledge of property management.
He has responsibility for a wide range of property assets across the UK.
Soran studied Journalism and Contemporary History at university and is an avid Arsenal fan being a home and away season ticket holder.
Jordan McKerron Partner
Jordan has a wealth of experience from all sectors of the market, he has worked for BNP Paribas and Avison Young on the agent side and IM properties on the Client side.
He is a CIMA qualified management accountant and in his spare time enjoys Cycling and travelling the world one country at a time.
As the director of finance Jordan is ensuring the business is moving forward and up to date with the current industry trends and procedures.

Matt is responsible for managing the Credit Control function across all our Property Management instructions, as well as the complete accounting role for his own portfolio of clients
Having previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Avison Young, Matt uses his experience to maintain impressive collection statistics, and assist clients with more complicated debt collection issues

DAVE KURTI Accounts
Dave joined our Birmingham office as an apprentice in September 2021, having previously worked as an accountant assistant during his time at Sixth Form.
He is currently working with the goal to eventually become a chartered accountant.
Dave is currently managing the credit control for a wide range of properties, also helping out with bank reconciliations, payment runs and other accounting functions.
Outside of work Dave enjoys Boxing and Football and likes to keep up to date with the finance world.

jane johnston Accounts
Jane Johnston is our accountant handling the company’s corporate accounts and also property accountant for some private clients.
Jane has experience not only in the property sector but also in the shipping and oil industry. She worked for 10 years at Azier Limited who were Financial Agents for overseas investors in the UK commercial property market.
Jane is married to an opera singer and has two children. She enjoys music, theatre and walking holidays.

CIARA McGRATH Accounts
Ciara joined the Birmingham office in September 2021 as an accounts apprentice studying AAT, where she headed up our Accounts Payable section through to February 2023. During this time Ciara enhanced current practices and implemented new ones to increase process efficiency
Ciara is now working with the wider accounts and surveying teams with routine tasks including monthly bank reconciliations, service charge reporting, rates management and issuing invoices to tenants.
Outside of work, Ciara enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Raj Pal ACCOUNTS
Raj joined our Birmingham office in February 2019, bringing with him 22 years of experience within the property sector, having predominantly worked for Avison Young and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
As well as managing his own portfolio of clients, Raj supports the finance partner as a senior client account dealing with the new RICS professional statement to ensure compliance.
In his spare time, Raj enjoys cooking, family time and socialising with friends.

Liam Thompson Accounts
Liam joined our Birmingham office in 2015 as an accounts assistant and is now part of our client accounting team with his own portfolio of clients.
He is AAT qualified and close to completion of his CIMA studies, something he has worked hard for during his time at the company.
Outside of work Liam likes to keep active, enjoys time spent with friends and family and has a keen interest in business and finance.
