7 Darlingtons House & 3 Kenville House were placed into Receivership by the First Mortgagor. Whilst Kenville House is vacant, Darlingtons House is occupied to several tenants. Our role is to manage the buildings in accordance with insurance requirements, ensure the services are maintained and compliant, collect rents as they become due and assist with the eventual sale of the two properties Well done to all who took part in the Prologis 100 and raised monies for Battens Disease Family Association, Breast Friends Solihull and LandAid.
