Three properties formerly owned by the late Irish property developer Patrick Rocca have been put up for sale.
Project Titan comprises three office properties worth around £90m in total that all have loans held against them as part of the Titan-Europe 2007-3 commercial mortgage backed securitisation. Special servicer Hudson Advisors has appointed Knight Frank to sell the 200,000 sq ft Quadrant House in Sutton. Hudson has also appointed Hanover Green to sell the 131,000 sq ft Pomona Centre in Sheffield. The final property is the 56,000 sq ft Kennet Wharf in Reading, which CBGA Robson has been appointed to sell. Source: Property Week |
