Witkoff JV bags Devonshire

Witkoff Group and DCD Group have confirmed the purchase of Devonshire House in London’s West End for more than £280m from Land Securities.

The 186,472 sq ft (17,324 sq m) building overlooks Green Park in Piccadilly and comprises offices and retail on the ground floor.

Tenants at the property include Boston Consulting, Alliance Bernstein and Marks & Spencer. It provides a total annual rental income of more than £11m.

Franc Warwick acted for LandSecs; CBGA advised Witkoff and DCD.
